U.S District judge Virginia Phillips says that the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" is a violation of the First Ammendment of the Constitution. In 2004, a 19,000 member group filed a lawsuit to stop the ban's enforcement.
Should people willing to die for their country be discrimited this badly?
